President, BIC
Martin
L. Navarro, CCIM, President of Navarro Real Estate, Inc., is
responsible for operations, and
management of client and partnership investment real estate. Navarro has
extensive
background in commercial real estate in a career that began
in 1986 at Greenville, SC based The Furman Company.
This background includes investment property advisory, underwriting, development,
due diligence/underwriting, acquisitions, dispositions,
feasibility/proforma, performing and non-performing assets, transactional services,
tenant
representation and asset management. Navarro has completed over $250,000,000
in commercial sales, leasing and development transactions. Marty has spent his
entire career in the Upstate of South Carolina.
Navarro is very
active in the commercial real estate industry and professional
associations. He is a member of the Urban land Institute (ULI), the
Commercial
Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI) and holds the designation of
Certified
Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), and an active member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) where he served a
four-year term
(1996-1999) as State Operations Chairman. Navarro has served on numerous real
estate and economic
development committees in the region. Mr. Navarro is a graduate of
San Diego
State University, San Diego.
