Marty is responsible for operations and
management of client and partnership investment real estate. Navarro has
extensive
background in commercial real estate in a career that began
in 1986 at Greenville, South Carolina based The Furman Company.(currently CBRE/Furman
Co).
This background includes development, tenant representation, site selection, investment property advisory,
underwriting, aquisitions,
due diligence/underwriting, property dispositions,
feasibility/proforma, distressed assets, transactional services, and asset management. Navarro has completed over 500 transactions
in all aspects of commercial sales, leasing and development.
Navarro is very
active in the commercial real estate industry and professional
associations. He is a member of the Urban land Institute (ULI), the
Commercial
Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI) and holds the designation of
Certified
Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), and an active member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) where he served a
four-year term
(1996-1999) as State Operations Chairman. Navarro has served on numerous real
estate and economic
development committees in the region. Mr. Navarro is a graduate of
San Diego
State University.
