Provided due diligence and acquisition services to Irvine, CA based Passco Development Companies, for the purchase of a 130,000 sf retail shopping center in Greer, SC.  Navarro will be responsible for the disposition of the project.

Provided feasibility and proforma analysis for the redevelopment of a neighborhood shopping center and will provide Asset Management, Project Leasing and Development Services in conjunction with Client .
The Crescent Center

Provided due diligence, acquisition and re-development services for Smith Chapel Holdings, LLC for the 780,000 sf warehouse/distribution facility (former Hoechst Celanese fiber plant) located on I 85 & Woodruff Road.

Provided due diligence, feasibiltiy analysis, entitlements and  development for the acquisition of a 36 acre Commercially zoned property in southwest area of Greenville County.
CVS Development

Acquired in-fill site (adaptive re-use) for the development of a national drug store and retained surplus property for future retail development.  NRE also managed the zoning, entitlement, and all infrastructure development of the site.
